HOW WE STARTED
Hot Table was founded in 2007 by brothers John and Chris DeVoie and restauranteur Don Watroba in their hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts. Inspired by small eatery’s in Italy called Tavola Calda, literally “Hot Table” in English, their vision for Hot Table was simple, delicious pressed sandwiches, made to order, and served in a way that makes customers feel cared for and valued, by employees that feel cared for and valued.
A day of rest
Family and faith are important to us. That’s why we made the decision to close on Sunday, to give our staff a day of rest that they can spend with family and friends — and focus on what matters most in life. Learn more about the values that drive our company culture.
