  • Size: 2200 +/- square feet with room for an outdoor patio
  • Positioning: End Cap
  • Frontage: 30 feet minimum
  • Parking: 40 spaces plus dedicated to-go spaces
  • Visibility: Unrestricted from primary access, preferably to oncoming traffic.
  • Signage: Two plus sides and monument and/or pylon

  • High density of college educated population within 5-mile radius
  • Strong daytime population with residential
  • Co-tenancy with other fast casual brands
  • Proximity to major shopping centers
