PREFFERED SITE ATTRIBUTES
- Size: 2200 +/- square feet with room for an outdoor patio
- Positioning: End Cap
- Frontage: 30 feet minimum
- Parking: 40 spaces plus dedicated to-go spaces
- Visibility: Unrestricted from primary access, preferably to oncoming traffic.
- Signage: Two plus sides and monument and/or pylon

PREFFERED TRADE AREAS
- High density of college educated population within 5-mile radius
- Strong daytime population with residential
- Co-tenancy with other fast casual brands
- Proximity to major shopping centers
